Elements of Art:

texture the tactile quality of the surface of a work of art.

form the visible shape or configuration of something

color the property possessed by an object of producing different sensations on the eye as a result of the way the object reflects or emits light

value the regard that something is held to deserve; the importance, worth, or usefulness of something

shape the external form or appearance characteristic of someone or something; the outline of an area or figure

Principles of design:

space a continuous area or expanse that is free, available, or unoccupied:

repetition the action of repeating something that has already been said or written

balance  an even distribution of weight enabling someone or something to remain upright and steady

emphasis special importance, value, or prominence given to something

movement an act of changing physical location or position or of having this changed

pattern a repeated decorative design
proportion a part, share, or number considered in comparative relation to a whole
rhythm a strong, regular, repeated pattern of movement or sound

unity the state of being united or joined as a whole
variety quality or state of being different or diverse; the absence of uniformity, sameness, or monotony
